Jennice Lee began her career at MGM and Sony Pictures in Los Angeles, then joined Dexter Studios in Seoul as a development producer, working on some of Korea's biggest box-office titles, including Along with the Gods 1 & 2 and Ashfall. At Studio Dragon's U.S. office, her work spanned American original series and Korean-IP adaptations — from Apple TV+'s The Big Door Prize to the U.S. remake of Crash Landing on You. She founded Desert Bloom Pictures in 2021.
Hugh Cha served as Asia Director at Bohemia Group before leading international sales and partnership strategy for Korean film and television at Lotte Cultureworks, working across North America and Asia. At Desert Bloom, he oversees the studio's global business — cross-border co-productions and international partnerships.
